Many times you will see symbols in Aboriginal art. Here are some examples:

The most current style of Aboriginal art is dot painting. This often masks some of the symbols that the Aboriginal people don’t want others to know about.


We will be making a bark painting (with paper) in the dot style that the Aboriginal people now use. Watch the videos below to see some examples of Aboriginal art as well as a video on how one person paints using dots.
