He was responsible for several technological advances at AT&T, resolving key interface issues associated with traversing international telephone networks. At BDM, he developed technical services practices focused on integrated supply chain operations and logistics, advanced technologies, and network technologies. Each exhibited strong records of sales and profit performance achieved through internal growth and targeted alliances and acquisitions. George’s key areas of expertise include new business ventures, strategic planning, alliances and acquisitions, and operational due diligence; information technology, telecommunications network architecture, and new product/service definition.

Tony’s expertise encompasses the principles of government contracting policy, the advancement of a national socio-economic agenda, and the procedures, policy and legal framework to advocate for small businesses. • At INTECS, he introduced strategic planning and business process re-engineering for contracting and business development as he positioned the company for post 8(a) contract awards.
