Searching for NOOPS enables you to target people who are living at properties they do not own (renters).

Click on the General Criteria tab to receive the following screen:

Click on the Year/Mo Listed button to receive the Year/Mo selection box:

Click on the NOOP line and then OK. You will receive your selection on the Search Criteria screen. In this case, the user has also entered the city of Bolivar as part of the search criteria.
