Motion Control of Passive-type Intelligent Walker based on Caster-like Dynamics Yasuhisa Hirata* **, Asami Muraki* and Kazuhiro Kosuge**Dept. of Bioengineering and Robotics, Tohoku University, Japan** PRESTO, Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) • We propose a motion control algorithm of passive-type walker referred to as RT Walker. • Motion of RT Walker is controlled by using only servo brakes without using servo motors. • Adaptive Caster Action algorithm is proposed to realize a good maneuverability of RT Walker.
