  1. Negri Body • An eosinophilic inclusion body found in the cytoplasm of certain nerve cells containing the rabies virus.

Dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB) • is one of the most common types of progressive dementia. • alpha-synuclein accumulation is also linked to Parkinson's disease, multiple system atrophy, and several other disorders, which are referred to as the "synucleinopathies.“ • It is characterized anatomically by the presence of Lewy bodies-- clumps of alpha-synuclein and ubiquitin protein in neurons, detectable in post-mortem brain biopsies. • in people with no known family history of the disease
