  4. 3. Class Management and Discipline • Teach the rules. • Enforce them. • Reward exceptional behavior.

  5. 4. Feedback • It should be correct. • It should be prompt. • It should be specific.

  6. 5. Knowledge Of Curriculum • Create a curriculum beneficial to the students. • Avoid a teacher-dominated approach to teaching.

  7. 6. Equity • Everyone should play. • Ensure that low skilled students will not be embarrassed.

  8. 7. Addressing Student Needs • Address the emotional and material needs of students. • Always be ready to adjust teaching approach to meet certain needs.
