  3. Enforcement Techniques Subgroup • 2007 Cartel Workshop • Two new Manual Chapters: • Investigative strategy (investigative tools, specific case-related questions) • Interviewing (detailed practical questions) • Completion of the Anti-Cartel Enforcement Template (by additional ICN Members)
