  5. Requirements • The Consolidated Federal Data Collection (CFDC) is authoritative for all LEP student information. • All W-APT test administered regardless of identification or classification must be entered into the CFDC within the window specified for testing students (30/14).

  8. Process Basics • Separate rosters • Securely, distribute rosters to verify student information • Student Demographic • Tier • Missing or additional students • Reconcile information gathered in the Consolidated Federal Data Collection (CFDC)

Record Change Requests • Be sure to submit complete documentation • In most cases, the original HLS • RCRs should not be submitted to change demographic information • Reminders: • RCRs should be saved as a (.doc) or (.docx) • Password Convention is LEP, all uppercase, and the LEA # (e.g., LEP010)

Reporting • Annual Measurable Achievement Objective (AMAOs) • Progress (1) • Requires 2 data points • Increase to the next English language proficiency level • Increase previous score by 0.5 • Reach the Comprehensive Objective Composite (COC) • Kindergarten Test, or Grades 1-12 Tier B or C • Reading and Writing Proficiency level 4.0 or above • Composite Proficiency Level 4.8 or above • Proficiency (2) • Percent that meet the COC • AMO for LEP Subgroup (3) • 2013-2014 Targets • AMAO 1 – 58.1% • AMAO 2 – 14.0% • 2014-2015 Targets • AMAO 1 – 59.1% • AMAO 2 – 14.6%
