A. Eliminate Interfaces
B. Convert Data
C. Replace the GL system
AEI’s current Purchasing and Accounts Payable Systems are antiquated and disparate and, as such, pose significant operational challenges to the Company staff. Many of the processes are complex and paper intensive and, in some cases, require duplicate data entry.
AEI intends to contract with one or more vendors to get an integrated eProcurement/Accounts Payable and Financial Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System and the associated implementation support services.
