  11. Northeast Water System Summary & Notes: 1. Project completion dates are based on Toledo Edison progress in providing power service to the pump station. 2.Northeast Water System rate may increase if Toledo rate is increased by 9.9%. 3. Billing is expected to be done around the 1st of each period (bi-monthly) and due in 15 days with 10% late charges. Water use rules and regulations are available on-line or by calling the office. 4. Fulton County will notify all potentially new customers of waterline availability to tap. 5. Tap fee ($1000) waiver will be valid for 6 months from the date of waterline availability. 6. Service line and meter specifications are available on-line or by calling the office.
