ACHIEVING CHANGE FOR CHILDREN Via: • Integrated strategy: joint planning and commissioning, pooled budgets; and • Inter-agency governance, with robust arrangements for inter-agency cooperation: Emphasising: • Commissioning for Performance • Money transfer and shared use of funds • Ensuring systems and services for integrating delivery

  7. CONTEXT S.10: Each children’s services authority in England must make arrangements to promote co-operation between: (a) the authority; (b) relevant partners; and (c) such other persons or bodies as the authority consider appropriate

CHILDREN ACT S10: Children Service Authority & Relevant Partners– promote cooperation toimprove the well being of Children District Councils, Police , Probation, YOT, SHA, PCT, Learning and Skills Council) These may: Provide staff, goods and services or establish a pooled fund out of which payments may be made in the discharge of functions of the relevant partner or partners
