World Café on Meetings Round 1 questions: In your group, talk about a meeting or workshop that you took part in (and/or developed) which was FANTASTIC in terms of KS, learning, networking, etc. What happened? Who was involved? What made it so good?

World Café on Meetings Round 2 questions: What factors contributed to its success? What approaches/tools stood out in this meeting or workshop, and why?

World Café on Meetings Round 3: Think of a regular meeting or workshop (of any type) and come up with its IDEAL format or design. Please include approaches, tools, roles, etc.

Reflections What went well in the world café exercise? In what type of learning events/ exercise you can use the world café? What modifications will you adopt when you use the world café?

Organizing better meetings Points to remember: What are the objectives or purpose for the meeting? What is the context? How much time to you have? (KS approaches take time!)

Recollection through stories Small group discussion on what makes a good story, a good interview and ways to document it well (40 minutes) Participants group in threes – there will be 3 roles that will be switched: storyteller, interviewer and documenter

Recollection through stories After 5 min to reflect, the first storyteller tells a story (of about 5 min) about an experience they have encountered during the ACPR or the KLM Once the story is told, the interviewer asks his/her questions to draw out lessons from the experience (10 minutes) The documenter needs to capture the story and interview in the way they see fit (e.g. video, podcast, bullet points, and put it in a blog entry) Then, we switch roles (twice!)
