PROJECT OVERVIEW • Master Planning and Design of the Riverview site to include the following potential components: • Major League Baseball Training Facilities and Stadium • Commercial/Retail development • A public park/open spaces integrated into the site facilities • Space for a future themed commercial development

PROJECT OVERVIEW • Primary Design Feature: • Major League Spring Training Stadium • Stadium (up to 15,000 person capacity) • Clubhouse (approximately 50,000 square feet) • Six full-size baseball practice fields • Practice infield(s) • Agility field(s) • Covered Batting tunnels • Pitching mounds • Other site improvements as determined during the programming phase

  5. PROJECT OVERVIEW • Project Delivery Method: • Construction Manger At Risk (CMAR) has been selected • RFQ for CMAR (Release to be determined)

  6. SCOPE OF WORK • Scope of Work: • Task 1 – Planning/Design Team Project • Manager • Task 2 – Programming and/or Master Site • Development Plan • Task 3 – Detailed Design and Construction • Task 4 – Coordination with the CMAR • Task 5 – Construction Phase Services
