  2. On Friday, November 15th, I promoted Bridges For Families at the “Understanding Gang Culture” event. Robeson County Bridges For Families

For my agency project, I created calendars that included all the Family Treatment Drug Court (FTDC) Dates, updated and prepared FTDC brochures, distributed FTDC pens and hand sanitizers, provided literature on substance abuse, and presented a model of Robeson County Bridges for Families. Agency Project

  4. Robeson County Bridges for Families is a model of statewide strategic planning that serves as an effort to support systems-of-care that will enhance the outcome of children and families affected by substance abuse. Robeson County Bridges For Families

  5. FTDC is a court-monitored substance abuse program that works with parents who are at risk of losing custody of their children. FTDC combines intensive judicial intervention, addiction treatment, and supportive services. Robeson County Family Treatment Drug Court

  6. I chose to promote my agency at this event because substance abuse is a major factor in relation to gang culture. At this event, I delivered essential information that would be beneficiary in addressing this social problem that resides within the community. The audience at this event involved Public Schools of Robeson County, juvenile services, and police officers. The agency project was very successful. “Understanding Gang Culture”
