Club Information • Huntley Raiders Lacrosse Club • Founded by Walt Kopp in 2008 • Board of Directors established in 2011 • Mission • HRLC is founded to provide the students of Huntley High School of Consolidated School District 158 in the state of Illinois, the opportunity to learn the game of lacrosse in a safe environment that provides the possibility for all players of all abilities to develop skills and game knowledge.

Clearance Procedure • To Begin Practice/Tryouts: Mar 1, 2014 • Physical Form • D158 Drug Testing Policy* • Participation Info Form • Concussion Policy* • HRLC Wavier Form • Uniform Order Form** *These Forms only need to be turned-in once during the player's four years of high school. ** Only needed if you are a new player or need to order replacement uniform Submit forms during registration(all forms will be forwarded to the Athletic Office Do Not drop off at the Athletic Office)

  7. IHSA Eligibility • Weekly Eligibility • Report compiled each Friday • Effective following Monday-Sunday • Cumulative to first day of the semester • Must be passing 2.5 credits per week This is five(5) .5 credit classes. • Starts over each semester

  13. On-line Registration Site Opens Oct 15th To register for the 2014 spring season go to www.hhsraiderslax.com and • Online registration will open Oct. 15th. Forms drop off will be Oct. 29th in the HHS Cafeteria 7-9 PM • Click on the “FORMS/INFO” tab to print and sign all mandatory forms • Click on the “REGISTRATION” tab and PLEASE be sure to provide complete information. • Payment will be Online using PayPal • Registration Fee $255 • Uniform Fee $105 if needed • Fundraiser fee $ 100 separate post dated check • If not registering in person, please mail your check and all forms to: Huntley Raiders Lacrosse Club P.O.   14. Registration • Only new player’sneed to purchase uniforms: $105. Order form must be submitted with payment. • Returning players may opt to purchase red and/or white jersey or shorts. Order form must be submitted with payment. White Jersey: $38 Red Jersey (Boys) Black Jersey (Girls): $38 Shorts (Boys) Kilts (Girls): $34 • Questions or Concerns regarding registration please contact us at: raiderlax@att.net

  15. Ordering Uniforms • Order Forms • Can be obtained via the website at www.hhsraiderslax.com. Click on the “FORMS” tab and click on the “Uniform Order Form” link to print form. Forms will also be available at the registration table. • Payment • Payment will be accepted via the registration page on the website. • Fees • A full uniform set (new player) will be $105.00. • Replacement jerseys/shorts (returning player) can be purchased individually. • White Jersey - $38.00 • Red Jersey (Boys) Black Jerseys (Girls) - $38.00 • Game Shorts (Boys) or Kilts (Girls) - $38.00

Jersey Numbers • New players will be allowed to request a jersey number. • Numbers will be issued on a first-come, first-serve basis. • Returning players will be able to retain their current jersey number. • Numbers will not be assigned to new players until registration and uniform payment is received.

Lou Malnati Pizza Coupon Fundraiser(optional) • How it works: • Athlete sells Lou Malnati Pizza Coupons to their friends, neighbors and family to offset the cost of registration. • Coupons are sold for $12.00 each. Athlete makes $5.00 per coupon sold!! • Customer pays for coupon/s at time of order. Cash or Check ONLY. • Checks should be made out to: Huntley Raiders Lacrosse Club or HRLC • Customers may purchase as many coupons as they would like! No limit!! • Each coupon is good for one 9” frozen pizza that can be picked up at any area Lou Malnati’s Pizza restaurant.

  19. Lou Malnati Pizza Coupon Fundraiser(optional) • Coupon may be used for Cheese, Sausage, Pepperoni, Spinach or Veggie pizzas ONLY. • Each Athlete will receive the coupons to distribute to their customers approximately 2 weeks after all orders have been received. • Coupons orders must be turned in no later than November 29th and dropped off at 5406 CrossviewLn, Lake in the Hills. Any orders turned in after that time will not be processed and will be returned to you. • Monies paid towards registration will be refunded based on the amount of money raised by you with this fundraiser. • Fact: An athlete would only need to sell 51 tickets/Pizzas to cover the cost of registration

  20. Raffle Tickets • Mandatory. All players are responsible for at least $100. • Players registering after November 29th will simply pay $100 extra ($355 registration fee).

  21. Raffle Tickets • Drawings held on 4 Consecutive Fridays starting in January 2013. • 8 total winners, 2 winners each week. Contacted by phone and posted on website. • All Monies and stubs due by January 6, 2014. • Tip – See your relatives over Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers! • Raffle ticket fee is non-refundable

  22. Raffle Tickets • Tickets are $10 each in books of 10. • Pre-Pay. Check post-dated to Jan 6th 2014. • Players keep the proceeds from ticket sales.
