Health & Wellbeing Board Vision for prevention: We will transform the way in which partners work together to develop a more holistic approach to improve and sustain short term and long term outcomes for families. The holistic approach will also consider the needs of adults within the family, as well as those of the children, in order to help break the cycle and prevent problems occurring in the first place
