BR Dipole Chamber FAT FMB April, 2013 • The following tests were carried out: • Bake out at 250 °C for 48 hours • Helium leak test after bake out • Final pressure test after bake out • Desorption rate test after bake out • Residual Gas Analyses (RGA) after bake out • The permeability of chamber including welding seams Laser Arm Measurement

Cooling Commissioning • System commissioning with Control System : • Include Temperatures, pressures, flow rates, KWh , and scheduling. • Also include point-point check. • BR Cooling circuit (PIDs) are adjusted for temperature, pressure and flow • SR,RF and BL are adjusted for pressure and flow (Same PID) parameters. • All circuits to be re-commissioned (end of 2015)? Temp. Stability = ± 0.4 °C Average.abs.diff = 0.15 °C Time (hours)
