  1. What is Land Pooling Policy? Many questions arose about land pooling policy in the mind of the people. What it means? Will it have any impact on your property selling and buying? Is it right to invest in a pooled land? Such are the queries who are really concerned to purchase a property in Delhi. This is a conception that where there is a small mass of land are possessed by the group of owners who gather for the development of structure as per the Delhi Development Act 1957.Once this process is done the land pooling agency redistribute the land, deducting a certain portion of land as compensation headed for infrastructure. The remaining would become the property of the DDA and will be under the Master Plan 2012. This is beneficial as it develops the urban extension area and will also be limited to all facilities.
