  3. Data we Migrated ANA Section was using an old system based on MS-Access. We migrated their all data into new System. Below are the details. • Migrated Units. • Migrated Ratings. • Migrated Sectors. • Migrated COCs. • Migrated Licence Holders Data. • Migrated all the Licence Details (including Endorsements, Ratings, CoCs, ELP, Medical etc) • Migrated Incidents and Investigation Data.

  4. Where you can find • Units/Users can apply for the ANA application from the following link. • http://www.gcaa.ae/en/ans • Administrators can find submitted application on following link. • http://gcaaweb3:88/en/ans/admin/

  5. Who can access • Unit Users in the Application. (on the request of Michael Hayes) • ANA Inspectors will use there own Windows User Id & Password to Access the applications.

  6. Value Added Services • SMS module Integrated with Incident Serious Notifications.

  7. ATC E-Service Home Information available on home page of E-Service Safety and Security based on some general sections which are as under: Services Navigation Bar Services Navigation bar contains the Services Hyperlinks of application forms Users can apply by clicking the links.

  8. Welcome Note Welcome Note contains general information about the Safety and Security Department and History, Mission etc. Latest Notifications Latest Notifications Section based on notifications announced by Safety and Security department.

  9. E-Services Registration Steps Middle Section on home page helps web Users to guide how to apply for Licenses and Endorsements under the ANA section.

  10. Contact Information This section contains contact information for enquiries concerning Aviation Safety & Security, Telephone No, Fax and Email is available as a source of contact.
