(under View|Reports) • Minute Flow is to be the fancy “show-and-tell” window for NOC visitors. • Tools can be hooked into whatever applications the NOC uses besides this, like SQL*Plus or Notepad, for example. • Help. Any online or context sensitive help will be postponed. If anything, there will be an About option that displays the application’s version number and contact information.
