The areas of matter for public international laws are - • Internationally accepted rules that direct the interactions carried out between countries. • The general public international laws that involve the common state practices carried out by nations. It works based on the principle of opinion Juris, which is a belief in the principle of carrying out of action due to the legal obligation that asks it to be done.

International Criminal seeks to mete out justice to those whose crimes fall under a more severe nature and involves attacking a large number of people.
