  1. Choosing the Right Multistage Centrifugal Blower

  2. Centrifugal blowers work very well as base load machines, while using a pressure and flow rate as dependant variables. Recently, three common designs of modern centrifugal blowers are in use. 1. Multistage Centrifugal Blower 2. Integrally Geared Turbo Blower 3. High Speed Turbo Blower

  3. Multistage Centrifugal Blower The multistage centrifugal blower is directly connected with an induction motor drive shaft, resulting in the speed operations. The designing principles are simple and its easy to multiply the impeller diameter, in case you want to increase the stage or the impellers.

  4. Integrally Geared Turbo Blower Integrally geared turbo blower is driven while using an induction motor and increasing the speed of the gearbox. It can rotate around 30,000 revs per minute in order to produce the wanted air flow and the pressure.

  5. High Speed Turbo Blower Longer than the airflow design, the magnetic high speed turbo player has been used in treating the wastewater.

  6. Which one should you choose ? The multistage blower is available for the widest flow and can be easily used. And, because the flow rate is higher, it does not suit to small plants.
