  3. Drivers for change • Administrative Changes • Clean up old language that is no longer necessary • Consistency of terms • Provide clarifying language where appropriate • Address problems encountered in the Waiver Process

Impacted Areas of the Schedule 2 BP • Global Changes • Replaced the term Qualified Reactive Resource with QRR after its initial use • Removal of expired 01/01/09 AVR Requirements implementation date (this is now an on-going requirement) • Removal of sections related to expired transitional implementation language • 2.2.5.1 Added reference to following “voltage dispatch instructions”  • 2.2.5.3 Added footnote allowing for the consideration of shorter test request submittal lead times • 2.2.5.5 Added clarification for testing of composite units

Impacted Areas of the Schedule 2 BP (cont.) • 2.2.6.2 Modified waiver process  • 2.2.6.2.1 Added new section addressing waiver duration  • 2.2.6.2.2 Added new section addressing a waiver’s impact on the NX12D data • 2.2.6.2.3 Modified waiver appeal requirements • Sections 3, 4 and 5 • Referenced Transmission, Markets & Services Tariff wherever applicable • Standardized language for Settlements-related procedures: LOC, CEC and CEP
