ESTABLISH AVIATION RULES & REGULATIONS • Palau National Civil Aviation Safety Regulations: • Part 1-11, Adopted and Approved on May 21, 2002 • Part 19(Airport Certification Regulations) Adopted on February 14, 2006 and Approved on February 21, 2006 • Palau National Civil Aviation Security Regulations: • Part 12-18, Adopted on November 22, 2004 and Approved on December 07, 2004: • Part 20, Adopted on April 26, 2007 and Approved May 1st, 2007

  4. ICAO SAFETY AUDIT • 1st Cycle December 04 to 08, 2000 • No Corrective Action Plan Submitted • Follow Up Period- November 20 to 21, 2003 • Corrective Action Plan Submitted • 2nd Cycle: November 22 to 26, 2010 • Corrective Action Plan Submitted • Final Report Approved October 26, 2011
