  1. What is Your DMO? Jim Rohn said, "If you don't design your own life plan, chances are you'll fall into someone else's plan. And guess what they have planned for you? Not much.

  2. A Daily Method of Operation should include these vital mental intentions!

  3. Intention #1.A Momentum Plan Federico Bowman said, “Develop your-self in order to cultivate an unbending mental intent. Mental toughness manifests impeccability.” Successful people are willing to do the things that unsuccessful people won’t. Success people have a momentum plan that sustains them during the hard times.

  4. Intention #2. A Financial Plan What if that Yes you have been looking for becomes worth a million dollars? People who do not plan their life out to some degree won’t attain that yes, simply because they won’t put their self in an uncomfortable personal position. Unbending mental intent is the power that allows your plan to happen, otherwise that wishful million dollars will go to someone else.

  5. Intention #3. A Responsibility Plan In order to keep sustained momentum you must take responsibility for pushing your business off the charts and let everyone else wonder what happened. The highly success people I know of do one thing that not so success people won't do. These highly successful people take full responsibility for the seeds they plant. They don't blame anyone or anything for wrong results. They blame themselves.

  6. Intention #4. A Company Culture Plan Walter Brunell said, ‘Failure is the tuition you pay for success.’ The most successful people in business know who they are, what they want and how to treat people the right way. Their company culture is a reflection of who they are as a person. Who do you want to be?

  7. Intention #5. A Thirteen Week Ad Campaign According to Bruce Barton, business partner of the 1920’s advertising firm of Batten, Barton, Durstine, and Osborne, thirteen weeks is the time period that an ad campaign must run in order to be completely measurable. All of my marketing or advertising plans are all based on 90 day runs and no less.

  8. Intention #6. A Tempered Vision Henry Ford said, "A company needs smart young men with the imagination and the guts to turn everything upside down if they can. It also needs old figures to keep them from turning upside down those things that ought to be right side up." I also find the most successful business people are well tempered with a visionary way of doing business.

  9. Intention #7. Start with the End in Mind I once read that if you are going to doubt something, doubt your limits. The Bible says that without a vision the people perish. Again the highly successful people do the opposite of mass society and they make things happen like rain makers. These people know what they want and they create an end in mind plan FIRST!

  10. Intention #8. Leadership-Ability You have to press your own leadership button first to find out who will be attracted to you. As you build your business remember what John Maxwell said, “Learn to lead from where you are.” I like what the late Brian Klemmer said, ‘Leaders change the situation instead of being changed by the situation’.
