  1. 第十章 呼吸孤病毒科 （Reoviridae） • 轮状病毒属 (Rotovirus) • 外表形似车轮状故名。特征: • 1．V颗粒有两种：50~~60nm边缘不明显 • 60~~70nm边缘光滑明确 • V有两层衣壳，内层为二十面体，直径 • 36—38nm，有32个壳粒，向外层伸出似 • 车轮状，外层没有壳粒。

  3. 特 征 7、抗原性 分A—F6个群，A为典型。其它—称非典 型或副轮状病毒。A群分1—9个血清型。 8、 培养特征：较难 MA—104 、 AGMK、 CMK 、 CV1等 传代细胞可用作培养，材料要用胰酶处 理，激活外层衣壳对细胞的感染力。 9、 致病性：主要引起多种动物的腹泻病
