Techniques

Techniques

  • Goofy or Regular?

    Goofy is where your right foot is forward.

    Regular is where your left foot is forward.

  • Toe turn/Heel turn (S-Turn)

    To toe turn you must dig your toes into the ground and pivot you back foot backwards.

    To heel turn you must dig your heels into the ground and pivot your back foot forward.
