  2. Summary • Through the ages 13-18 parents can have their child “unwound”. Parents have their kids unwound for many reasons. One is they might not be good enough to be kept alive(a little harsh if you ask me). When parents an unwind order it is irreversible and their kids are not supposed to find out. Since so many unwinds run away to stay alive, the police have a force for catching run away unwinds or AWOLS. Connor, Risa, and Lev are all unwinds. Connor is running since he found out before he was supposed to know, and is causing a freeway commotion. While Risa is on the bus ready to go to harvest camp the bus crashes and Risa Runs. Lev is also in a big crash and his mentor tells him to run. Read Unwind to find out what happens next.
