  2. Grab your winter clothes and bundle up! Today, we are taking a trip to the Arctic!

  3. What is a habitat? A habitat is all the things that make up where a person or animal lives. Weather What is it like outside where this person or animal lives? Is it rainy or sunny or snowy all the time? Food What kinds of food does the person/animal eat that lives here? People/Animals What kinds of people live here? What kind of animals live here?

  12. Who lives in the arctic? Walrus Snowy Owl Do people live in the arctic? Not usually. It is so cold in the arctic that people can’t live there without VERY special houses! Polar Bears Penguins

  13. How do the animals live in the arctic if its so cold? The animals all have something special about them to help them not be so cold. Polar Bears have lots of fur and something called blubber that helps keep them warm. The arctic wolf has many layers of fur and hair that help him keep warm!

  14. What do the animals eat in the arctic? Many of the animals in Arctic are meat eaters. The main food source for arctic animals are other smaller arctic animals. Example: Polar bears eat seals. Seals eat penguins. Penguins eat fish.
