  2. Discovery of Mars My planet is the 4 planet from the sun. The diameter of my plant is 6787[km]. The length of one revolution year round is 687 earth days days. My plant has two knowing moons.The temperature of my plants is 310-150 range of temperature. My planet is made of 95% carbon dioxide 3% nitrogen and 1.6% argon. There is little atmosphere and there is no liquid. My planet named after Ares. Mars was named after that god because the planet got the name from its red color. The ice on the south and North pole is frozen carbon dioxide. Mars is sometimes called the red planet because of its red rocks. There are lots of mountains on mars. You can see where the rivers used to be on mars.
