NSS-21 Program To-Date • Maritime Precision Strike Command and Control Cell Requirement Established 2002 • Eastern NATO theatre requires sea-based C&D cell • Initial S/W Requirements Documents Requested from OMI INC • PCOM Proposes NSS-21 Solution • Based on CAOC functionality at Vincenza, IT • Paid Proposal Granted March 4, 2003 • PCOM team established • Initial requirements reviewed
