Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act (VGB) • Graeme Baker at age 7 passed away on June 15, 2002 due to un-safe (improperly installed, non-UL Listed) Swimming Pool Drains • Federal Law was due to death of the Graeme Baker granddaughter of James Baker III, former Secretary of State under Bush Administration • Signed into Law by President George W. Bush on December 19, 2007
