How to SEAL and UNSEAL. FAS and SS bits are cleared. Therefore this device is not SEALED. To SEAL device, send 0x0020 to Control() command. Click on Control Value and type “0020”, then hit Enter key on keyboard. Click “Refresh” button to update status. FAS and SS bits are set.

  1. How to SEAL and UNSEAL

  2. FAS and SS bits are cleared. Therefore this device is not SEALED.

  3. To SEAL device, send 0x0020 to Control() command. Click on Control Value and type “0020”, then hit Enter key on keyboard.

  4. Click “Refresh” button to update status. FAS and SS bits are set. Device is in SEALED mode.

  5. Enter UNSEAL command, first step. Type in “0414” and hit Enter key.

  6. Enter UNSEAL command, second step. Type in “3672” and hit Enter key.

  7. Click “Refresh” button to update status. SS bit is now cleared. Device is UNSEALED, but Full Access is not yet enabled.

  8. Enter FULL ACCESS command, first step. Type in “FFFF” and hit Enter key.

  9. Enter FULL ACCESS command, second step. Type in “FFFF” again and hit Enter key.

  10. Click “Refresh” button to update status. FAS bit is now cleared. Device is in FULL ACCESS mode.
