Sector Jacksonville ADT Request Process Flow. Reservists and Supervisor determine what days ADT will be requested. Reservists input ADT request and route to RFRS 45 days prior to start of ADT, followed up with an email to RFRS and Supervisor. RFRS routes request to YN2 for processing.

Sector Jacksonville ADT Request Process Flow Reservists and Supervisor determine what days ADT will be requested Reservists input ADT request and route to RFRS 45 days prior to start of ADT, followed up with an email to RFRS and Supervisor RFRS routes request to YN2 for processing YN2 prepares orders & sends to member once final RFRS sends copy of orders to Active Duty DIVOFF a week before ADT begins. Reservist sends travel claim to YN1 Montelione for approval within 3 days
