  2. Good morning, principal, teachers and fellow schoolmates.

  3. I am Coey from 4B1. I am Heibe from 4B1.

  4. Wow~ you are so brave. I am not going to any Halloween party. Yet, I am waiting for another festival in November. Do you know which festival it is? Em… I don’t know any festival falls in November. I only know that joyful Christmas will come in December.

  5. hahaha… yes… Let me give you some more hints. On this day, people also have parties, just like what we have at Christmas. The only difference is that people give thanks for the many blessings on that day. Do you know the answer now?

  6. Bingo, clever girl! Do you know the exact date for the Thanksgiving day? YES! It should be Thanksgiving day!

  7. Not really. Let me tell you. In the U.S., Thanksgiving is on the fourth Thursday of November. In Canada, it is the second Monday in October. You said that it is in November. Is it the last day of November?

  8. I see. That means if we follow the U.S. calendar, the Thanksgiving day will come 27th of November. If we use the Canadian calendar, it is the 13th October and it has passed already.

  9. That’s true! Then let us use the U.S. calendar and wait for the 27th of November. Let me ask you again. Do you know why we have Thanksgiving day? Because people want to eat more and have parties with friends and families.

  10. Not exactly. Although many people have this thought, it is not true. Initially, Thanksgiving day is the time of thankfulness towards God. I see… then I must think about what blessings I got and give thanks to God on that day.

  11. hahaha… I can give you one idea. One blessing you got is you have me as your friend. Sure… you too. You have me as your good friend. That is what you have to give thanks for. Ok?
