An analysis of human movement:Joints, Muscles and Mechanics in specified sporting actions (including planes and axes) • Putting it all together: You should be able to: • Putting everything together! • Articulating bones, • Joint classification, • Movement type • Planes & Axes • Muscles (Agonist / Antagonist) • Lever system • Consolidate all knowledge in relation to the 7 examined sporting actions Literacy Objectives: L2 Present ideas and information clearly and persuasively L6 Read and summarise information from different sources What you need to know: Analyse shoulder and elbow action in push-ups, over-arm throwing and forehand racket strokes Analyse hip, knee and ankle action in running, kicking, jumping and squats.
