  2. Devine Wrath And Human Anger Are Mentioned Over And Over AgainIn The Bible

  3. In The Old Testament Alone, There Are Over 600 References To Wrath Or Anger

  4. Anger Is An Attribute Of God In scripture, it is mentioned more times than His love!

  5. Anger Is An Attribute Of God Since it is part of God’s nature, we cannot conclude that anger itself is bad.

  6. Anger Is An Attribute Of God Since God is completely Good and Holy, we must conclude that Divine Anger is also good.

  7. The Bible NEVER Criticizes The Anger Of God, But Warns Of Human Anger Repeatedly

  8. Ecclesiastes 7:9Be not hasty in thy spirit to be angry: for anger resteth in the bosom of fools.

  9. Proverbs 16:32He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city.

  10. Colossians 3:8But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth.

  11. James 1:19-2019 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: 20 For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.

  12. Is There A Double Standard?

  13. God Can Get Angry, And That’s OK! BUT I CAN’T!

  14. GOD IS GODAND I AM NOT!

  15. Why Do We Have Uncontrolled Anger? Because WeAre Sinners God Is Holy!

  16. Why Do We Have Uncontrolled Anger? Because We Misinterpret Circumstances God Doesn’t!

  17. Why Do We Have Uncontrolled Anger? Because We Feel Threatened And React Quickly God Never Feels Threatened. PERIOD!

  18. Why Do We Have Uncontrolled Anger? Because We Respond With Vindictiveness God Responds With Righteous Judgment!

  19. Why Do We Have Uncontrolled Anger? Because We Get Emotional And Lose Control God Never LosesControl. He AlwaysHas It Together!

  20. Why Do We Have Uncontrolled Anger? Because We Get Fatigued And Respond Incorrectly God Never Gets Tired And Always Responds Correctly!

  21. Why Do We Have Uncontrolled Anger? Because We Get Embarrassed And Lash Out God Never Gets Embarrassed!

  22. GOD IS GODAND WE ARE NOT!

  23. That’s Why The Bible Says: Ephesians 4:26-2726 Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: 27 Neither give place to the devil.

  24. Human Anger Is Natural And Not Necessarily Evil It Is A Necessary Emotion…

  25. Mark 3:1-51 And he entered again into the synagogue; and there was a man there which had a withered hand. 2 And they watched him, whether he would heal him on the sabbath day; that they might accuse him. 3 And he saith unto the man which had the withered hand, Stand forth.

  26. Mark 3:1-54 And he saith unto them, Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath days, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill? But they held their peace. 5 And when he had looked round about on them with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts, he saith unto the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it out: and his hand was restored whole as the other.

  27. It Is Normal And Necessary, BUTThis Is A Place “Where satan Can Get A Foothold On Our Lives!”

  28. Foothold How? • Because We Have Faulty Perception • Because Anger Often Leads To Other Sins

  29. Ephesians 4:26 Is Really Saying: “When You Are Angry, Do Not Sin!”

  30. Human Unrighteous Anger Is Condemned In The Bible!

  31. Psalm 37:7-97 Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass. 8 Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil. 9 For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth.

  32. Proverbs 15:1-31 A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger. 2 The tongue of the wise useth knowledge aright: but the mouth of fools poureth out foolishness. 3 The eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.

  33. Romans 12:19-2119 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. 20 Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. 21 Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

  34. Ephesians 4:30-3230 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. 31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: 32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.

  35. Hebrews 12:15Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;

  36. Matthew 7:1-51 Judge not, that ye be not judged. 2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. 3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

  37. Matthew 7:1-54 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye? 5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.
