  1. Adding a Crystal Report to M3 This presentation will assist you in adding a custom Crystal report into Millennium 3

  2. Adding the Report To M3 • Once you have finished your report you can add it to Millennium • To add the report to your company you will have to create a RPF file. • This file contains all of the report setup information needed by Millennium to run the report. • Items such as report title, allowable filters, display and paper settings are stored in this file.

  3. Adding the Report To M3 • To create a simple rpf file for your report do the following. • 1.) Go to the rpf editor screen which is located in the setup area on the system side. • 2.) Press the new button to create a new rpf file. • 3.) Select the “Create a new file based on a template” option. • 4.) Enter the full path and file name of the report you created.

  4. Adding the Report To M3 • 5.) Select the “Simple Company Style” template. • 6.) Press OK • 7.) On the File tab enter a title for the report and select the paper size and orientation. • 8.) On the Sub Totals/Breaks tab select the default date style and range. • 9. Press F11 to save. • 10. Exit the rpf editor.

  8. Adding the Report To M3 • Once you have created an rpf file, place both the .rpt and the .rpf file in you reports directory and the report will be available for M3. Your reports directory can be found by going in System > Setup > Directories in M3.
