  2. My Bicycle! Commuting on bicycle in Copenhagen is a whole new world.

  3. The morning commute on bike. Even though there are traffic jams on bike, you still fly by the cars.

  4. A utility bike There seems to be a bike for every purpose in CPH.

  5. City Bikes While it’s clearly a good idea, the concept is suffering growing pains, it seems rare to run into bikes in their racks.

  6. Buses in Copenhagen Bus stops are equipped with weekly schedules, maps, and some offer countdowns until the next bus!

  7. Exterior of the City Buses All buses are bright yellow so the bus is more noticeable. Yellow and red buses are A-Buses. Yellow and blue are S-buses and run less frequently and travel on faster lines.

  8. Overview of Interior Inside the bus you find bright yellow polls and vibrant blue seats. Also noticeable are the hand loops that most would agree are very unhelpful when standing.

  9. Informational Screen Provided by All buses Buses have at least two screens that convey which bus your on, its final destination, what zone you are traveling in, the next stop, time of day and light up when a stop is requested!

  10. Stop Requested! Although newer buses in Minneapolis have this type of signal, most still use the pulley string.

  11. Temperature Adjustments?! The true luxury of Copenhagen bus system is revealed by the comfortable seats and fans.

  12. 3 Doors? This is the widest door and is used for exiting or loading larger objects such as strollers and wheelchairs.

  13. Seating in the back is what cool kids do! Hidden in the way back is a thinner door used for exiting.

  14. The S-Tog One of the seven S-Tog lines. Running right on time!

  15. Trains Coming and Going Most S-Tog trains are red, but some are green.

  16. The Sign Turns Over Up to the minute information about train arrivals.

  17. Inside the Central Station The station is over 100 years old.

  18. Københaven H The central station with tracks exiting on the lower level.

  19. Inside a S-Tog Comfortable seats in blue, informative data in red.

  20. New Station at Flintholm Serving both Metro line and three S-Tog lines.

  21. Nørreport Busy, smelly, crowded. Serves multiple S-Tog lines and the Metro lines.

  22. Amagerbro Metro Station Clean, new, not smelly.

  23. Inside the Metro Stations The underground station design is uniform.

  24. Looking Up Open and airy, some natural light reaches the platform below.
