臺南市動物防疫所病例報告 歐 洲 鰻 僵 直 症 Stiff disease in European eel ( Anguilla anguilla ) 報 告 人 ：施 婷 薰 報 告 日 期： 93 年 7 月 29 日. 病歷. 本市養殖戶，室內超集約循環水養殖系統 ( 丹麥 ) 歐洲鰻、 2 年齡，每池放養約 5 萬尾 於 2003 年 12 月 11 日發病送檢 發病情形僅於部分養殖系統發生 由 2003 年 12 月發生至 2004 年 2 月，病情穩定後之累計死亡率約為 60 ％. Gross finding.

  1. 臺南市動物防疫所病例報告 歐 洲 鰻 僵 直 症 Stiff disease in European eel(Anguilla anguilla) 報 告 人 ：施婷薰 報 告 日 期：93年7月29日

  2. 病歷 • 本市養殖戶，室內超集約循環水養殖系統(丹麥) • 歐洲鰻、2年齡，每池放養約5萬尾 • 於2003年12月11日發病送檢 • 發病情形僅於部分養殖系統發生 • 由2003年12月發生至2004年2月，病情穩定後之累計死亡率約為60％

  5. 臟器塗抹檢查 肝、脾、腎抹片行Gram stain未見細菌

  6. 水質檢驗

  7. 微生物分離 由肝臟、脾臟及腎臟釣菌於Blood agar、MacConkey agar，經25℃，48小時培養，皆無細菌發育

  8. PCR檢測及電子顯微鏡檢查 本次發生病例做Herpes virus PCR檢驗呈陰性，病毒檢驗也呈陰性。 * * *檢驗結果皆由業者提供

  9. Differential diagnosis • 維生素B1缺乏症：體幹彎曲、鰭皮下充出 血 • 維生素B6缺乏症：神經的病症、喘息症狀 • 生物素缺乏：游動異常，無特殊症狀

  10. Diagnosis Stiff disease in European eel(Anguilla anguilla)

  11. 防疫建議 • 福馬林藥浴應以一般用量20~35ppm使用， 勿任意提高劑量 • 加強換水 • 降低飼養密度 • 降低投餌量

  12. 預防控制 • 實施隔離檢疫 • 防止緊迫因子 • 控制疫情擴散 • 投予適當餌料。
