Leicestershire Together Housing Services Partnership: The information we need to function Making a decision Making a difference More people live in affordable, well designed, suitable and efficient homes • Affordable - ratio’s Affordable Rent/ Social Rent • Total Affordable Completions (David Scruton / HPIG) • Well designed – too subjective • Suitable – to be defined through WRA work led by Anjana Bhatt • Fuel efficiency - collated through David George at HI4EM • Suitable - New Extra Care developments There is improved access to housing advice services • Campaign - how many people do we reach? • Number of recorded advice and assistance cases • Mapping - housing advice services (Led by AB all LAs) Reduced homelessness • Homelessness preventions • Ratio of acceptances to prevention cases • Total homelessness decisions • Acceptances - by each local authority • Non-statutory homeless? Vulnerable people are supported to live independently at home • Admissions - hospitals, care homes, sections, re-offending (HWB) • Anti-Social Behaviour – evictions, management transfers (Safer, Troubled Families) • Adaptations – waiting list; speed of request to completion (LAs) • Based on admission information assess whether supporting people data held at St Andrews is relevant.
