  1. Final Semester Grades

  2. To Verify Grades are Correct • Be sure all assignment due dates are within the nine week and/or semester time frame • Be sure you are in the correct reporting term (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, E1, or F1) • Look in the final grade column for each of the quarters, exam and final to be sure grades are correct

  3. If grades are not correct, then follow the manual override process for each incorrect grade.

  4. Check the comments for each quarter and final grade. Do not type in additional comments. Use the ones provided.

  5. To complete grades: Must follow this process for Q2, E1, and F1 Click on class you are completing. Be sure you are in the correct reporting term. Click on the final grades button. Be sure you are in the correct Quarter, Exam, or Final.

  6. 5. After clicking on the In Progress button, click in the Final Grades Complete box. In the comments, type in that grades have been completed and the date and time of completion. This must be done for each class for each of the reporting terms. 6. Click OK when done.

  7. Term in progress button will change to term complete and turn green. This lets the data manager know you are done and ready for report cards to be printed.

  8. Final Grade Verification Report Click on the Reports icon. Click on the arrow beside Final Grade and Comment Verification

  9. Be sure the following are marked: PDF Active classes All Enrolled Student name Course Grade: Grade, Percent, Comment Reporting Term: Be sure All is selected. This way you will only have to print this report one time for each class. It will show Q1, Q2, E1, and F1.
