What’s the purpose of this guide? • To showcase the sales tools that are available to help you with your sales pitch. • It aims to help make your job easier by giving you suggestions for: • which literature can help you to explain specific product benefits • which literature can help you to overcome common objections • which literature we recommend you leave with the broker to look through after your first meeting • It includes a summary of the process and lead times for ordering literature. This guide should be your first point of reference when you want to know which sales tools are available. Marketing will continue to update this guide as new tools become available.

How to order literature The literature request process Go to pruprotect.co.uk and click the ‘advisers’ button Click on the ‘Literature and tools’ icon Select one of the sections You can find the literature order form in the right column Complete and email the form to: ppliteraturerequest@pruprotect.co.uk Remember to send in your requests at least a week before you need the literature. Requests sent before 2pm are processed same day and will be delivered within 5 working days. Requests sent after 2pm are processed the next day.

  30. How to order literature The Literature request form • There are constant updates and new items added to the literature library. You should check regularly that you have the most up-to-date version of the literature request form to ensure that you are aware of the available literature. • Updates to literature are announced in the weekly Marketing communication email. • The Adviser zone has the most up-to-date version of the form. Remember to fill out all of the information within section 1 so that your order can be processed as quickly as possible. If you do have an agency code please include this information. • Orders are processed faster when quantities are kept within the limits. For items that you are not requesting leave the quantity box blank. Please note that litertature is reqularly updated so we ask that you order only the quantities that you require to ensure that you are not left with surplus amounts of out-of-date stock.
