  1. ProLink III Web Based Service Request Module

  2. ProLink Overview Eagle’s ProLink is a web-based service request module that allows remote users to send service requests for their facility via the web browser on their work station. No software is needed-just a connection to the Internet or intranet where ProLink is hosted.

  3. ProLink Benefits Web-based module allows users to submit service requests in “real time” No software needed, just a link to the ProLink hosted site Service requests are streamlined for faster service and repairs Includes “Tenant” Service Request and Help-Desk functionality

  4. Modes of Operation Standard* – For Non-Maintenance Personnel:A Service request administrator reviews or modifies and then accepts or declines the request for service. Direct* – For Maintenance Personnel: Service requests automatically become DM Work Orders in Proteus. *Standard and Direct can run concurrently but an additional license needs to be purchased from Eagle Technology, Inc.

  5. Login Overview Requester – Can submit a service request for maintenance and view pending requests. Service RequestAdministrator – Can review, modify, and then accept or decline service requests. Proteus Administrator – Can configure requester and administrator screens.

  6. Requestors Overview Requesters will see a screen asking for basic information. Requesters will receive an email message when the service request is accepted or denied, when there is a status change, and upon completion of the service request.

  8. Admin Overview Same functionality as the Service Requester, plus: Administrators can review or modify service requests and then accept or decline those requests.
