  2. Begin by typing AIRRSPORTS.COM in your web browserThe next few slides outline the steps to complete the registration process and fill out your physical form

  3. AIRRSPORTS.COM – Home Page Once on the HOME page click this link

  4. CircleBOX Home Page If you have previously signed up for CIRCLEBOX, choose the first link to log in. If you have never signed up for CIRCLEBOX then click the second option to register.

  5. CIRCLEBOX LOGIN PAGE New Users click here If you have an account, enter your login information here. Click Log In

  6. Members Page Choose the MY Members link on the left hand side.

  7. Members Page Continued General Information- once complete red exclamation point goes away Physical Form- once completed, red exclamation point disappears Both sections must be complete in order to participate in Physicals

  8. General Information page Once information is entered click update at the bottom of page

  9. Physical form page Answer all questions and explain “YES” answers in text box at bottom of page, once complete click Update

  10. YOU ARE FINISHED!!! Please Notify your athletic trainer that you have completed your physical form online.
