  1. Switch Foot Concert Attended Switch Foot concert and promoted Planet Radio. I took pictures, handing out stickers, and passed out t-shirts.

  2. WQIK Drop Key Car Give-a-Way. WQIK and Nimnicht Chevrolet teamed up together so that one lucky person could win a 2014 Chevy Camaro. All summer long The radio station WQIK went around to local events throughout north Florida and southern Georgia helping to promote the car give-a-way. I helped out with setting up the events and run some of the contests. We had raffles for , t-shirt, money bounce house, concerts, Suns baseball games, and dunk tank. People were able to win keys on the radio or at the events.

  3. USA vs. Portugal Planet Radio was at the Tavern Bar in Jacksonville Beach to promote the radio station. I helped out with the event by passing out shirts, and taking pictures for the radio station

  4. Radio Commercial I made a 15 second commercial for a new business located down at Neptune Beach. The commercial is for The Flying Iguana, a new Mexican restaurant. The commercial would help promote all of their drink specials and let the public know where they are located. If they choose to use the commercial I would be present at the proposal when we would go over the ideas for the ad.

  5. Looking for Business It was my job to help generate business leads for the account executives at Clear channel. I would look through newspapers, magazines, and flyers to find local business that they currently do not do advertising for. Through these leads I helped generate a lot of revenue for Clear Channel radio.

  6. Ride a longs I did ride a longs with different account executives to small businesses all over Jacksonville. The account executives showed me how they would put together proposals before going to the clients place of business. When the proposals were finished they would call the business owners and set up meeting to go over the different ideas that they had for commercials. I was learned how they negotiate different rates for the each radio station and divided up the air time.

  7. Calling Businesses I was asked to call local car dealerships in Jacksonville and asked to gather information about their general manager is or the person who makes the advertisement decisions.
