  13. Common Interest • What do we agree on? Mr. Campbell

  14. Evaluate Message • Reflect, think, explore the information. Mr. Campbell

  15. Consider the Non-Verbal • What are they really saying? Mr. Campbell

  16. Listen for Conclusion • People will repeat until validated. Mr. Campbell

  17. Take notes • Don’t interrupt! • Don’t try to remember what you were going to say! Mr. Campbell
