• Can you imagine trying to keep food warm with a flashlight? How about trying to tune in a radio station on your TV?

• How is electromagnetic radiation different?

• How is electromagnetic radiation different?

• Light & radio waves are both E.M. radiation, but each has properties that make it useful for some specific purpose.

• Characteristics of EM Waves

• All Electromagnetic (EM) waves travel at the same speed

• All EM waves travel in wavelengths

• Each EM wave travels at different frequencies.
