  2. HEXIDINE – TREATMENT & PREVENTION • At Home • For Pre Treatment - usually 3-4 days • Pack 80ml • Indication • Scaling and root planing • Single and multiple tooth extraction • Periapical surgeries • Dosage • 10ml twice a day for 3-4 days • No dilution required

  3. HEXIDINE – TREATMENT & PREVENTION • At Home • For Post Treatment - • Pack 160ml • Indication • Gingivitis • Scaling and root planing • Dosage • 10ml twice a day for 10-15 days • No dilution required • For prevention - Treatment beyond 15 days • 5ml CHX+ 5ml water thrice a day

  4. HEXIDINE – TREATMENT & PREVENTION • At Clinic • Peri Treatment Rinse • Pack - 500ml • Indication • Chair side use with high speed instruments • Subgingival irrigation of periodontal pockets

HEXIDINE – RINSING • Rinse your mouth with HEXIDINE twice daily after brushing your teeth. • Swish the medicine in your mouth for at least 30 seconds, then spit it out. Do not swallow the mouthwash. • Do not add water to the oral rinse. Do not rinse your mouth with water or other mouthwashes right after using HEXIDINE. • Patient’s should be advised to rinse with HEXIDINE mouthwash after a gap of 30-60 minutes from tooth brushing
