  1. Greetings, Hotel Manager is one of the most respected job in the hotel industry as the person has all the responsibility of looking the hotel organization. From Lower level of work, internal work as well as the external work for hotel organization. With this, it is said that hotel managers should usually have an experience of 5-10 years. Through this, he or she gets the complete idea of how hotel industries should operate properly. •Should be a proper listener– Listening properly is what a hotel manager should be at first. This is because from the guests as well as from the front line of operators like guest service executive, front desk operators, chefs and from others hotel managers know what new products and services are needed the most for the continuing of the hotel industry. •Motivator– Apart from listening, motivating your employees to grant better services to customers is a must. This zeal is important as boosting them with a reward would ensure your trust to them matters. Recognition, appreciation is a clear path for them to improve their work skills to the customers. •Knowledge sharer– A manager must have an all round knowledge of hotel work. From top work of execution and managing different sections of the hotel to culinary arts and services. These knowledge must be known to hotel managers and that must also be shared to employees which would shed more light on them and improve their services to guests.
